yes bobnroll, its the right way to use the tool: 1. choose up your tracks or cars, 2. press modify (in the respective dialog).
thx tagz: i'll eliminate this mistake as soon as possible.  
 
i must see how mutch work it is to put in all the real names of the cars. lets see.
your second suggestion: add a window for choose the number of credit for setup ...
sry i dont get what you mean by that ...  
 
bad thing, you cant really choose your cars online properly if you are not the host. i think you cant do anything against this problem. if you know a trick, tell me plz. take care :-)

i just nitcesd a big mistake of mine: i added the tracks uk12, uk13
those tracks doesnt exist at all, but uk21, uk31... so the tracks could be wrong displayed as well. shit happens.

the carchanger is now in the 4rmtool-style and allows u now to save all your carsmods for each championship.  
besides: there are 577 cars all together! i must kook up, if there's a file with their real names. otherwise i won't enter them all manually, bobnroll. :-)

when i have put in manually with i ripper i have problem online.
it's good to see that its possible to ad them.
i hope bedford will be available cause for now only a modified mod with modif of the track and (client & host must have the mod for work online)
i think its an ACE mod.
so i think its good to choose youre car online so we can make
f1000/ariel atom (good car with same capacity)
and other cool duel.

tagz, i dont know yet under witch conditions its possible to choose those uk11 - uk31. sometimes it is possible sometimes not.  
it depends on your session-settings anyhow. i still try to find out how it works. ...

i have a question: is it true, that you can choose your modified cars online as usual, if  both you and the host have the same modified cars chosen? for example, if we are playing the dtm-series and me and the host have modified the same caterham7-car, so i can choose this car normaly in the lobby between races, right?

hi ruebe yes u can have the cather ; but more strongh with ure tool its possible to choose ure own car different or not of the host.
i mean:
host have ariel in first place then f1000
 
u have an original champ .big u can choose both
 
u have same champ of the host u can choose exactly the same
 
AND u have a custom champ its possible to drice ure honda civic and host haven't honda civic
that's why one time in dtm i have seen one with an AC cobra when i am hosting.
 
For the prob with the tool i have modified the bad champ and it seems now its ok.
but sometimes the game crash;
eg when i abandonned a race return to desktop with no error message.
but now it seems not to bug.
If i see some prob i ll say you.

ok, so if the host has a mod in first place and i choose any car in the first place i get the host's mod anyway.
if i have other mods i can only choose them between races while all the others are racing. so it would be good to have a list of the host's carmods.
 
besides: i now integrated William Cyriaco's mod in my tool so now you can freely choose your cars and tracks (including the uk-tracks) for this mitsubishi championship. i still have to test it a bit.
 
you say you had to have made changes in the champ-file. if it may be important for the tool, tell me which.

f3 vs f11
fbmw vs fford
f1000 vs ariel
and gt light can be put in any of this with good fair but i need to adjust the tracks.
if u want i can link ure tool on reg racing.

yes tagz, some series maybe don't accept so many tracks. it would be good, you told me the name of the series which made trouble. so i could look if i can solve the problem, which causes pc-crashes.
about tool-linking: i dont care, its your decision. cu :-)  

 
an fait, ce sont des voitures avec des skins speciaux !!! des genres de voitures bonus !!!
tout le monde les a dans sont pc, donc si tu les ajoute en courses, tout lemonde les voit !
tout le monde est surpris quand tu fait une course avec une clio PALMER (msv0_00/RCL TMS Racing Renault Clio )!!!
mais je ne sait pas ou les trouver en jeux ... regarde les bien et cherche les !

ruebe i don't think the prob is with the tracks but with the 34 slot car but it seems that now its all ok i have edited a complete champ and there's no problem.
Bob:les skins ajouté si tu veux les voir il faut que tu les renommes par un nom d'origine ou que tu les ajoute manuellement avec i ripper.
Moi les seul skins que j'utilise c'est les catheram.

en fait, les 5 voitures MSV, ne sont pas présentes d'origine dans les championnat, elles sont pourtant installées chez tout le monde !
je ne pense pas que codemaster est ajoutés ses voitures en pensant que des petits malins allaient trafiquer le jeux  !!!
 
il doit bien avoir un endroit ou les trouver legalement !!???
 
ps: notre nouveau copain est en colere car il trouve qu'on parle trop !! :-(

if you want to use it dont forget to kill the champx.file b4 the firt run. this time you have to replace a third file (settings.ini) becuz i integrated the modified mitsubishi motors rally trophy series (for uk-track use).  choose this series and you can modify it just like the other series.

i've still found some mistakes in the tesing version, but they arent too severe. its a big challenge to fight against all those little errors. i still need a bit more time with testing and adjusting.  
so the test -version is not quite ok!
