Yes its been confirmed, the wheels comes out when you slow down and fly close to the ground.  

Here to end speculation because it's misleading how he got the game. We have a test environment that all Devs share to simulate the real world of Xbox Live. To test the Arcade game it was released on this environment that only people with Xbox 360 Debug or Dev Kits can access. This guy has one of those and got it from there. We are still going through normal Sony and MSFT certification.

Kits
Rifleman: Comes with Rifle, Rifle Grenade, Grenades, and bayonette. Primarily an anti-infantry unit. Early reports say that 3-4 rifleman focusing on a tank with rifle-grenades CAN bring it down, and at least pose a threat, but for the most part, leave tanks alone. Your rifle grenade is a confirmed 1hk weapon if you land a direct hit, and it can do some good damge with it's splash radius, but you will find it is most useful for blowing out that wall someone just hid behind. Your 8 round, semi-automatic, iron-site rifle should have no problem dropping enemy infantry. Keep your distance from Infantry men, using range to your advantage, against scouts, never stop moving. strafe left and right, duck up and down, and generally make it hard for them to land that critical 1 shot on you.
 
Infantryman: The vehicle kit, ironically enough. Equipped with a wrench to repair tanks, and an RPG to take them out, your primary goal is keeping your own tanks up and theirs down. Against enemy infantry you want to force CQC whenever possible where your SMG gives you the upper hand. If they are at a distance and not moving (like a scout) master firing your RPG while strafing. Against Riflemen, they will be moving to much to make RPG's as easy however, and they will try to kite you keeping range to their advantage. Toss your grenades so they land just behind him, forcing him to move toward you into your zone. Don't forget your RPG will open massive holes in walls, quick switch to grenades and fill that hole for an easy kill. (works for rifleman too)
 
Scout: You sneaky snakes. Scouts make excellent flag protectors. Place a couple det charges on the road leading up to the flag to blow up tanks that try to cap the flag. Your Rifle should have no problem picking off anyone who stops for a second while capping as well. The primary skill of a scout is sniping, but this is not some slow paced war simulator, this is BF Arcade, with a heavy emphasis on action. To excel at Scout you need to learn to quickly find targets, scope in, and nail a headshot in under 2 seconds. You have no grenades, but instead a pistol side arm incase anyone gets to close. Scout is not for everyone.
 
Vehicles
Jeep: Armed with a pintel mounted MG, this vehicle is built for speed. GVD showcased us some nice drift qualities as well, so get in some drivin gpractice. More importantly however, is coast after jumping out... Yes, the demo jeep has returned. Strap on some explosives from the front find an enemy tank, line up your jeep and jump out, blow on impact for an easy tank kill. This vehicle is also very useful for quickly transporting a squad from 1 flag to another
 
Tank: The powerhouse. Infantrymen, enemy tanks, and airplanes will all be out gunning for you. It's best if you are able to have a squad member in the turret so you can just focus on driving and taking out the heavier targets. MG gunners, practice taking out planes. Don't forget the BF uses bullet travel time physics so LEAD YOUR TARGET. When you see sparks flying on the plane, you know your hitting it, if not, keep adjusting till you see it connect, you are the primary line of defense against planes as AA guns are stationary and so most pilots will avoid them as much as possible, but they will be diving in for you, so watch out.
 
Planes: Probably going to be one of the most coveted pieces of equipment on the battlefield, it's first come, first serve, please don't get your panties in a bunch, you'll get a shot later. Also, waiting on a carrier for a plane is a waste of a team slot. Check your map, if you see 2 friendly planes up, there won't be a plane respawning anytime soon, so get into the action. If you only see 1 friendly plane, and noone else is already waiting, then it is acceptable to wait and get that plane airborne as soon as it spawn. your biggest threat is going to be the AA guns, so learn where they are on every map, try to coordinate with your squad and give them the air support they need, in return when they get close to enemy positions with AA guns, they can RPG them so you can then make bombing runs for them. Enemy aircraft should be your top priority, followed closely by enemy tanks. Practice your bombing runs, there is a rear view button, so make sure to get down your timing in training before taking a plane online.
 
 
Misc:
There is no prone... but you CAN make foxholes. If you are a scout, lay down a detpack, blow it, then drop a secondone into that hole to make it deeper. Now get inside and you have yourself an ideal fighting position. It's actually better than prone becuase you can duck to avoind 95% of incoming fire (sometimes a tiny portion sticks up... in BFBC anyways, 1943 holes might be able to get bigger)
 
Steal planes! It's risky, but if you can pull it off it can give your team a major advantage. After you down the enemy fighters, keep an eye (w/o getting to close) on the enemy carrier. If you see a plane spawn, and there is noone jumping in it (ie; camping for a plane) dive bomb your plane and then steal theres. If you can manage to steal both planes off their carrier, and the plane off the airstrip, you can have 5 pilots airborne! this will leave you short on the ground, but if you provide support for your infantry, you can maintain air superiority, deny them any vehicles, and keep them pinned down.

Patrick Liu: I was once defending the airfield on Wake Island and there's a jump in the west end for enemies to jump in with cars. We were being invaded by the enemy and I got a lucky shot at a car mid air, and the wreck killed his buddies running past below! I was nearly hit myself!

Patrick Liu: If you know the general direction of a sniper you can always carpet bomb that area with a bomb raid, for example. We've also added something called "non griefing areas" in the home bases, so if you try to base-rape/grief in your base you won't get any points for it. You can still do it, but it will be literally pointless.

Gordon Van Dyke: Coral Sea is its own special deal, but we have no solid plans for updates at this point beyond what is being released.

Gordon Van Dyke: LOL! I don't think I can properly answer after the mental image of what a tropical deer would look like!

Patrick Liu: Stunts and crazy stuff is definitely something we encourage! we have the classic suicide jeep armed with explosives, you can try to drop bombs on enemy planes mid air, parachute down and snipe people from the air and THEN knife someone else in the back.
 
Gordon Van Dyke: But yes, we're focused on Battlefield moments like that and making so many things possible I couldn't guess what our amazing players will come up with [they're not amazing yet! - Ed]. Every BF game released, the Dev's are amazed by the creativity out there.

Gordon Van Dyke: Our Trophies/Achievements are generally more aimed towards nice behaviour to foster a fair game. But we do have our own awards, in the form of post cards and stamps, that'll make the most hardcore gamer sweat, bit if I had to pick one I would say the "Best Squad" award is the hardest to get because it isn't about just you to earn this.

Gordon Van Dyke: We have dedicated servers that will be located around the world. No host issues in BF1943 baby!!!!
 
Patrick Liu: Yes, we have dedicated servers, and it's in the tradition of Battlefield games to do that. One of the reasons is that there's a massive amount of traffic, and most normal users don't have that kind of connection. So we have 24 soldiers [12 versus 12, maths fans - Ed], and probably the same amount of vehicles and destruction to boot!

Gordon Van Dyke: I made a crazy Excel chart and we based it on a lot of things and it worked out to about 2 weeks or sooner if people kill a lot.
