Chips des barrettes de DDR2
Voici donc, logiquement après la DDR, le listing des chips de DDR2. Comme pour la DDR, nous retrouvons à peu près toujours les mêmes puces dans le haut de gamme.
Fait majeur, Samsung, le roi de la DDR (TCCD, UCCC...) semble s'être fait damé le pion par Micron et Elpida qui assurent un grand nombre de puces haut de gamme.
Les meilleures semblent tout de même les Micron avec les dérivées de la D9, dérivées que l'on peu classer par odre de performance(je remercie d'ailleurs Antoine76 pour ses éclaircissements à ce sujet).
En gros, nous avons trois puces qui tiennent le haut du pavé, les D9DQT, les D9GMH et les D9GKX qui se montrent remarquables.
Elles sont donc suivies par les D9DQW et les D9GMG.
Enfin, les D9 relativement les moins performantes (attention, nous parlons toujours des meilleures puces de DDR2, ce sont donc malgré tout de formidables puces pour nous autres overclockeurs) sont les D9DCN qui au niveau des performances, sont comparables avec les puces Hynix FP-C4
