Hello! I have just published a new web browser, named Hydra (see www.hydrabrowser.com). I am looking for a partner in France, who would cover the translation of the French site as well as help with translating the software. Browser has a good monetization perspective, and I will be sharing the earnings with the potential partner (partner keeps 40% of ALL earnings made in France).
