Bonjour tout le monde.
Cela fait plusieurs mois (pour pas dire 1an) que j'ai des soucis avec mon hébergeur "Mon Hosteur" www.monhosteur.com  
Je voudrai connaitre mon Auth Info pour partir ailleur.
J'ai fait la demande à plusieurs reprises pendant 1 mois, je n'ai eu aucune réponse...  
...jusqu'au jour où mon nom de domaine arrive à 1 jour de son expiration pour me répondre :

Votre nom de domaine expire aujourd'hui. Vous ne pouvez donc pas le transférer avant son renouvellement (ce sont les règles de l'ICANN qui stipulent que seuls les domaines en cours de validité peuvent être transférés, or votre domaine a expiré).

Résultat je paie le jour même et renouvelle ma demande, je n'ai pas de réponse et mon site a été mis en mode "domaine expiré".
 
Cela fait plusieurs jours que mon site n'est pas disponible...
 
Comment puis je obtenir mon Auth Info par un autre organisme? l'ICANN?...

Ton domaine est en .fr ?
Le mieux à faire est peut-être de le laisser mourir (8j je crois...) jusqu'à ce que tu puisses le racheter avec un autre registrar (ovh, gandi...).
Ensuite tu fais pareil pour l'hébergement

non en .biz (www.bizdiscount.biz)
Comme j'ai dit, j'ai payé de nouveau pour le nom de domaine pendant 1 an... il est donc bloqué chez eux...
Et d'après ce que je vois sur mon espace client le domaine sera de nouveau valide le 16/12/2009   :

Non mais ton espace client laisses tombés, fais faire un whois sur un site externe et regardes s'il l'a enregistré pour une nouvelle année ou pas.
 
Car là ton gros soucis c'est pas d'avoir payer une nouvelle année pour rien, mais qu'il te fasse un coup tordu et que tu ne le recuperes pas....

D'un coté, ton domaine ne t'appartient pas mais appartient à mon hosteur... Bonne chance pour le faire transférer

En plus, ils sont au maroc ! En cas de problème, tu ne peuxp as saisir la justice française.
