Passe aussi un scan HijackThis en mode sans échec après avoir désactivé la restauration système et vidé le cache Internet + les cookies + le dossier temp.
 
Arrête et désactive aussi le service Messenger dans le gestionnaire de services.

2 topic à lire, de plus la modification du titre en un titre plus explicite sur ton probleme serait un bon point
