Duties:
The European SAP Service Manager will have to manage SAP Front-Office Services. This includes leading the SAP roll-out over Europe and also ensuring the efficient integration of 350 new European users over the next 4 years.
The position also includes managing the SAP Back-Office Services, this means managing infrastructure services, coordinating the issue solving process and ensuring the overall consistency of the European SAP based business model. The third major duty refers to leading and coordinating actions of the eight European Key Users.
Required profile:
The successful candidate will have significant experience in SAP SD + MM, PP, PS (customizing, deployment, support). He/she will have the ability to manage SAP implementations (team organisation and third party management, planning and budget, process workflow, reporting). Another requirement is the ability to manage workshops in English to define Business model targets and relating SAP Process solutions.
The regional coordination role will require the ability to manage a team of 2-3 persons and to work in a team/network mode.
German and English language proficiency is required, additional French language skills would be advantageous. The minimum age is 30 years.
