I find, to be able to get dressed as have the desire, is a manner of expressing themselves, and of being able to show his mood.

I personnaly think that the way we get dressed allows us to express our personnality and identity.

For example in black if one is sad, or in red to show that one is happy.

"One" tout seul ne se dit pas. One person, one student, ok mais pas one seul
For example, wearing black clothes is a way to show his unhappiness, while red colors rather tend to show one's happiness.

It is true, to carry a uniform in the schools was a tradition, but it is necessary to learn how to evolve and leave these traditions, to make evolve the world.

Of course it's true thaht carring an uniform in schools has been a tradition for ages, but it is now necessary to go on and try to get these traditions to evolve and adapt to our modern environment.

Admittedly, there is a limit, one should not wear clothing aggressive or shocking in the public places. This is why, I would say that one has the harbour due what one wants harmed since its not others.

Je sais pas si admittedly se dit, je crois pas.
"there is a limit" => "we must draw the line" devrait faire l'affaire
"clothing aggressive or shoking" => adj avant le nom => "aggressive or shoking clothes"
"in the public places" => pas de the pour le pluriel => "in public places" tout court
"one has the harbour due what one wants harmed since its not others" => là je comprends pas ce que tu veux dire.
Salut !
