J'ai grand besoin d'aide: mon routeur DG834G m'empeche d'acceder a certain site. J'ai beau avoir tout essayer rien a faire. Je pense que ca vient du firewall mais j'autorise tous les ports TCP/UDP et je peux pas acceder aux site crypté ou meme a msn.fr ou ebay. je suis avec aol :pt1cable: .

2 petit conseil
1- desactive tout t'est regle pour voire si sa vient de ton pc ou du pare-feu
2-moi j'ai un firmwar beta et quand j'ai fait des regle du pare feu l'orsque tu met ip sur toujour sa foutai la merd*
donc j'ai mi une valeur dans ip (plage adresse)
3- essai aussi de descendre ton mtu

J'ai un DG834 (non G) et un on m'a filé un DG824M. Je voudrais brancher le 824 sur le 834 pour profiter des ports Ethernet supplémentaires et de la fonction WiFi du 824 (le 834 demeurant mon modem-routeur).

Et je n'arrive pas à remettre la main sur la doc du 834. Il me semblait qu'on devait dans ce cas de figure utiliser un certain port RJ-45, pas n'importe lequel.

Si quelqu'un pouvait confirmer ou infirmer ça, ça serait cool. Merci.

Salut à tous, j'ai une netgear dg834g v2, et je ne parviens pas à lire des vidéos et des radios en streaming.

J'ai par ailleurs le sp2.(avant, avec mon modem eci usb hi focus, ça marchait très bien, même avec le sp2, donc le pb ne vient pas de là).
Merci de votre aide.

On réinitialise comment, j'ai pourtant appuyé sur le bouton reset à l'arrière et tjs pareil, j'arrive pas à acceder à sa page web pour le configurer :cry:
De plus le cd fournit manuel en pdf n'est même pas en fr, j'ai rien trouvé sur le reset, je dois pas bien le faire :heink:

bon j'ai un problème avec le DG834G. Je viens de passer au nouveau firmware (3.01.25) pour jouer en ligne avec ma DS. Avant j'étais en 1.05.00 et le point d'accès WiFi était pas reconnu par la console. Maintenant il l'est. Problème : le modem a vachement de mal à synchroniser (environ 3-4 minutes) et j'ai plein de décos avec la plupart du temps l'impossibilité de resynchroniser juste derrière.

Les infos que me donne le routeur :

Vitesse de connexion......5120 kbps......832 kbps
Atténuation ligne.......50 db........24.5 db
Marge de bruit.........7 db..........9 db

Je vois bien que mes infos de ligne sont pas exceptionnelles (c'est le cas de le dire) mais c'était stable avec l'ancien firmware.

J'envisage de changer de modem/router/wifi et de passer au linksys wrt534g mais bon si je me retrouve avec un autre modem qui synchronise pas...

ton fai doit baisser le debit et ta marge vat remonter.. j'ai le même soucis ....

j'ai contacte la hotline, j'ai dit que j'avais des desynchronisation frequente,
ils m'ont demande si j'avais verifier les condos sur ma ligne, les filtres...etc

je lui ai bien fait comprendre que ca venait de ma ligne, il a demander "une revision de la boucle locale"
sous un delais de 15 jours ma connection fontionnait, l'operation consiste, apparement a descendre le debit de ta ligne
mais au moins tu peux te connecter...(ce qui n'a pas etait mon cas pendant environ 1 an...)

mais c'est ft qui fait le boulot au final, donc en effet ca peut etre interessant de voir avec eux en premier, si ils sont en mesure de prendre l'initiative, ... et gratuitement... .

Faux. Le minimum en snr pour avoir une ligne stable est de 6dB.
Si ca ne tiens pas avec 7dB, c'est que le modem/routeur n'est pas capable de tenir un faible snr. Celà viens du DG834 qui n'est vraiment pas bon niveau stabilité du snr.

avec 12 c'est bon
la différence de mesure de la marge SNR du netgear par rapport à mon sx200 est de -3db soit 50% du mini FT ...

Fait quelques recherches sur le forum de Netgear. Tu pourra voir que la série DG834 est vraiment nul niveau modem. Et je pèse mes mots. C'est dingue de voir autant de personnes avec des soucis de désynchro / déconnexion très fréquentes. Celà est du a son chips ADSL TI AR7, qui n'a même pas été tester sur dslam ECI.
Il n'est pas foutu de tenir la connexion chez moi, alors que je suis a 824m du dslam et 14dB d'atténuation, donc avec une très bonne ligne, et un SNR (qui tiens avec d'autres modem) soit 9dB.
C'est un modem / routeur que je déconseil. J'ai perdu énormement de temps à essayer de le faire fonctionner correctement, en vain. J'ai tester tout les firmwares, allant même jusqu'a douter de la qualitée de ma ligne.
Les premiers firmware (1.05.xx), n'arrivaient mêmes pas à tenir la connexion 2 minutes maxi. Comment veut tu surfer dans ses conditions ?

Le seul qui tiens la route sur la série des DG834, c'est le DG834GT qui utilise un autre chips ADSL, mais qui a d'autres soucis.
Un transformateur 12V made in china qui grillait certain routeur car il fournis du 17V au lieu de 12. Certain l'utilise comme chauffe plat :lol:

Je suis vraiment déçu de cette marque. Pourtant j'ai un routeur rp614v2 qui lui après avoir trouver le bon firmware (6.1 RC2) est super stable.
C'est se que j'utilise actuellement, avec un vieux Speed Touch Home, qui fait mieux que le DG. Un comble pour un modem vieux de 3 ans.
Avec le Speed Touch Home je n'ai jamais eu aucune désynchro. Avec le DG j'ai battu des reccords.

Tiens en voilà un exemple :

Le faite d'avoir mis un compteur de désynchro sur le dernier firmware prouve que Netgear est au courant du problème, mais ne fait strictement rien pour le corriger.
Pour eux si tu arrive a te connecter, c'est mission accompli. Bref pour moi Netgear c'est fini. J'ai un DG834v2 tout neuf à vendre si ca interesse quelqu'un

1- je suis une plaque Lucent... et non eci
2- pendant plus d'un an ça a marche impec 2 ou 3 reset
3- depuis que alice a ouvert le robinet (8mb) ça merde, parcequ'ils ne se prennent pas le temps d'ajuster le débit à la marge de bruit ! chez alice les ajustements sont prévus pour décembre (j'ai pas la précision de l'année....)
4- mon vieux sx200 semble avoir un modem moins sensible !

J'ai ce routeur, et j'ai beaucoup de problemes avec msn messenger qui se deconnecte regulierement. Est-ce que je dois faire quelque chose de special pour cela dans les services et regles pare feu du routeur pour que msn ne se deconnecte plus ?

oui par bande passante je sous entendait le debit utile de ta ligne, donc finalement ta vitesse de dl/up mais tu as un debit tres correct (:p) et je pense pas qu'il faille le baisser enormement...

pour ce qui est du rapport marge bruit/bande passante je ne sais pas trop...
Moi ca a diminue quelque peu mais rien de mortel...
