Bonjour à tous,
Me connexion internet (wifi) marchait très bien depuis plus de 2 ans. Mais depuis plusieurs jours, mystère, soit je me retrouve à l'époque du 56k (et je n'ai même pas le plaisir des bruits de la connexion), soit je suis en accès limité. Je précise que nous avons 2 ordinateurs portables qui eux, ont une très bonne connexion en wifi. Je pense donc que le problème vient de mon ordinateur. Software ou hardware, ça je ne sais pas...
Bref, après avoir fouillé des dizaines de forums et avoir essayé les nombreuses analyses et/ou solutions proposées, rien n'y fait. Ma connexion est toujours aussi instable / lente. Je m'y connais un peu en informatique et j'ai déjà réglé ce genre de problèmes mais là, je touche mes limites. Du coup, je me tourne vers vous en espérant que vous puissiez m'aider : "À L'AIDE!!!!"
Je vais essayé de vous donner toutes les informations qui pourraient être utiles.
Refaisons l'histoire.
À l'époque où ça marchait
Il y a encore 3 semaines, mon PC et ma connexion marchaient très bien. Puis, j'ai eu droits à quelques problèmes de déconnexions et/ou de connexion instables lorsque je jouais en ligne. Mais c'était vraiment ponctuel et peu fréquent. Je me dis que c'est le genre de choses qui arrivent.
Entre temps, je décide d'overclocker mon PC pour grappiller quelques FPS et le rendre plus réactif. Durant le processus, je m'aperçois à un moment que j'étais tout le temps, et dès le boot, en connexion limitée. Ok soit. Je me dis que Windows n'a pas apprécié les 10 jours d'overclocking, qu'un fichier s'est corrompu ou quelque chose comme ça. Une fois l'overclocking stabilisé, je me penche sur le problème.
Pour info, mais je ne pense pas que ça vienne de là, j'ai OC mon Q9650 de 3 à 4,2GHz mais j'ai des tensions très raisonnables et le tout est bien refroidi. De plus, j'ai écarté cette éventualité en faisant tourner le PC avec les ses valeurs par défaut. Mais si jamais vous avez un doute, n'hésitez pas à me demander les chiffres complets de l'OC.
De la connexion limitée à une connexion extrêmement lente ou limité
Ici je vais vous donner en vrac tout ce que j'ai essayé, mais sans succès.
- Démonter/remonter la carte wifi.
- Diverses commandes ipconfig /release /renew /flushdns
- Diverses commandes netsh : int ip reset (et) winsock reset all
- Désactiver le protocole IPv6
- Reset du modem
- Reset du routeur
- Effacer mon réseau et le recréer
- Réparer windows avec le disque d'installation.
Pas de progrès. Option radicale, je reformate en me disant que si c'est un virus, il va y passer, si c'est un problème lié à Windows, il va y passer aussi.
Une fois le reformatage effectué et l'installation des pilotes de ma carte wifi, miracle ma connection est belle et bien là. Problème : au lieu d'être à 30Mbps, je suis entre 1 et 5Mbps, parfois même à 150Kbps... Autant dire qu'avec ce débit, charger une page web prend littéralement 2 minutes. Et il faut prier pour qu'il n'y ait pas d'images à charger.
De mieux et du moins bien
Depuis j'ai réessayé toute ces manip', et d'autres :
- Changer le canal de mon routeur wifi. J'ai essayé le 1, le 6, le 7 et le 11.
- Passer l'antivirus, rien de détecté (Kaspersky Internet Security 2014)
- Passer l'anti-malware, rien de détecté (Malwarebytes)
- Lors de l'overclocking, j'avais passé la gestion de mes DD de IDE à AHCI. J'avais laissé cette option. J'ai repassé le tout en IDE pour voir. Pas de changements non plus.
Bref, je continue à osciller entre 1 et 5Mbps, voire à avoir de temps en temps une connection limitée. J'ai eu un seul espoir, lors d'une soirée. Après un reboot, j'ai une connection à 20Mbps. Ce n'est pas mes 30 habituels mais j'étais quand même satisfait. Le lendemain, c'était reparti comme en 40, connection limitée. Imaginez l'ascenseur émotionnel.
Aujourd'hui j'ai redémonté ma carte wifi, redépoussiéré le carte et le port PCI, passer HijackThis. Je n'y connais pas grand chose mais je repère des lignes suspectes liées à IE et notamment le mainsearch : Gccgle.fr.

Depuis, je ne sais pas si c'est dû au dépoussiérage, à HijackThis ou si c'est une intervention des dieux des internets, mais j'ai une connexion entre 5 et 10Mbps depuis. Du mieux donc mais ce n'est pas encore ça.

Voilà où j'en suis. Et je suis à sec de pseudo solutions. Je ne sais plus quoi faire ni comment m'y prendre. J'aimerais retrouver une connexion stable pour pouvoir travailler et jouer. Mon PC ne me sert juste à rien en ce moment.
Ah, je précise aussi que dans le panneau de config de mon routeur, je vois tous les ordinateurs et téléphones connectées au routeur. Les deux ordinateurs portables "reçoivent" à une "vitesse" de 130M, les téléphones à 60M mais mon PC oscille ici entre 5 et 10M. Se peut-il qu'il y ait un problème de configuration entre mon PC et le routeur ?
Je ne sais pas si des hypothèses vous viennent en tête, mais je commence à me demander si ce n'est pas la carte wifi qui déconne. Le problème c'est que je n'en ai pas d'autre pour tester et vu le prix...
