dixit l'infos:
Code :
- Introduction
- Web Interface 2.0 and earlier versions (previously known as NFuse or
- NFuse Classic) include components written in the Java programming
- language. For these versions of Web Interface to function, the Microsoft
- Java Virtual Machine (MS JVM) must be installed on the server hosting
- the Web Interface.
- When Microsoft Windows 2000 Server Service Pack 4 is installed from a
- slip-streamed or integrated installation CD, the MS JVM is not
- installed and newer versions of the JVM cannot be added to the system.
- Servers running Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 or earlier already
- include the MS JVM and can be upgraded to Service Pack 4 without issue;
- only installations from an integrated Windows 2000 plus Service Pack 4
- CD lacks the MS JVM.
- For more details about the removal of the MS JVM in Windows 2000 Service
- Pack 4, see Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 820101 Frequently Asked
- Questions About the Microsoft VM and Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
- For more details about creating an integrated Windows 2000 Service Pack
- 4 installation CD, see Choosing an Installation Type in the Windows
- 2000 Service Pack 4 Installation and Deployment Guide.
- To confirm that you are affected by this problem, type jview /? at a
- command prompt. On servers with no Microsoft Java Virtual Machine, the
- following error message is returned:
- 'jview' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable
- program, or batch file.
- Without the MS JVM, Web Interface cannot be installed. Other Citrix
- products that include or embed the Web Interface Java components are
- also affected.

La seul réponse de citrix est:
Code :
- Workarounds
- To avoid this issue, install Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 or
- earlier, confirm that the MS JVM is present, then upgrade the server to
- Service Pack 4. Upgrading to Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 does not remove
- the pre-existing MS JVM.
- If you have the installation disk for the MS JVM Version 5.00.3808 or
- earlier, add it to the integrated Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
- installation and then update to a more recent version using Windows
- Update. Web Interface 2.0 includes Version 5.00.3810 of the MS JVM,
- which cannot be added to Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (see Microsoft
- Knowledge Base Article 820101 for details).
- For MetaFrame XP Presentation Server installations, you can avoid the
- issue by choosing not to install the Web Interface component during
- Setup. On the Component Selection panel during Setup, change the Web
- Interface component option from Will be installed on local hard drive
- to Entire feature will be unavailable.
- From client devices where no MS JVM is present, the ICA Java Client can
- still be used after installing the Sun Microsystems JVM. All other
- affected products require the Microsoft JVM.
