lecteur memoire usb compact flash et smart media
fonctionnent avec windows xp pro
par contre avec linux mandrake 9.1 je n arrive pas a faire fonctionner:
la carte pctv est reconnue mais je n arrive pas a avoir les emissions
le lecteur usb de cartes cf /sm  
quelqu un a t il une idee

Pour ta carte tv, il faut que tu configures tes modules si tu n'as pas pu le faire avec le centre de controle.
 
dans le fichier /etc/modules.conf, repere bttv et ajoute les options card et type dans la liste ici :

Mais tu n'as pas pu la configurer avec le centre de controle ? Tu as la derniere mise-a-jour de drakxtools et harddrake ?

Pour le lecteur de Cartes, c'est pas un truc style /dev/sda?, si tu n'as pas de scsi !
Ensuite c'est comme un ddur classic !

La miro pc tv se configure sans probleme en utilisant le centre de controle mandrake -> hardware -> carte tele.
 
Pour le lecteur de carte ca depend. Quand tu le branches, pourrais tu envoyer le resultat de  
tail /var/log/messages (en root)
et lspcidrake -v

pour la tele quand je lance la config il scanne les canaux mais je ne vois que des points d interrogation

envoie le /etc/modules.conf et le /etc/modules

Sur ma mdk 9.0 j'ai un lecteur sm usb qui marche parfaitement avec les lignes suivantes dans le fichier modules.conf:

probeall usb-interface usb-uhci
 
Dans mon cas kudzu se charge d'éditer une ligne dans le fichier fstab et le périphérique apparait sur le bureau sous le nom 'removable'

Quand tu lances le configurateur, tu indiques bien le nom de la carte et le tuner ? ca ressemble a un probleme de tuner.

Deux solutions :
- soit tu ouvres le centre de controle -> materiel -> carte tv et tu chosis : carte miro, bt848 et tuner : celui que tu as (sans doute le philips ?). Tout ca au lieu de "auto-detection". Tu peux commencer par ca.
 
- soit tu edites /etc/modules.conf
et tu mets :

pre-install bttv modprobe -k tuner
options bttv   card=1
options tuner  debug=0 type=3
 
(toujours en supposant que c'est le philips, specifie dans type).

Autre conseil : fais un MandrakeUpdate (toujours dans le CC) pour avoir la derniere version des drakxtools et harddrake (les logiciels de conf, dont le CC).
 
Enfin, inutile de rebooter pour tester (pas comme sous Win).
Si ca ne marche pas, tu changes les parametres dans /etc/modules.conf ou par le CC.
Pour retirer les drivers, c'est rmmod tuner et rmmod bttv. Puis tu recharges avec modprobe tuner et modprobe bttv.

je pense que tu dois etre dans le cas des nouvelles cartes miro pctv (comme moi )
sur le site de lea il est fait mention de la necessité de recompiler le kernel avec les drivers a jours , mais bon patcher le noyau de la mandrake avec la 100 de modules ~.~

 
Tu auras quand même remarqué que son modules.conf était incorrect...
 
En outre Miro n'existe plus et Pinnacle a repris le flambeau, dans son cas sa carte serait suffisament ancienne pour se passer de ce genre d'artifice.

son lspci montre que c'est du 848, or ma Hauppauge qui a 4 ans est une 878, donc c'est probablement une Miro "classique".

 
Ca servira absolument à rien. Ton problème est la config de drivers, pas le logiciel, a priori.
T'as juste à ouvrir le control center, à trouver "Matériel" Carte TV et juste choisir : ta carte et ton tuner. Point.
 
Cela dit, compiler est une bonne initiative, un bon exercice. Faut juste apprendre à lire les sorties de compil, il y a des guides soit dans la doc de Mandrake, soit sur mon site : http://www.zebulon.org.uk

dans le cc j ai tout essayé par contre sur un site il y avait des fichiers dans un dossier, je ne me souviens plus lequel,avec l'extension .o (bttv.o etc...) je les ai mais pas dans le meme dossier

Est-ce que tu pourrais ouvrir ta machine et regarder exactement quel tuner tu as sur ta carte ? Je suis à 90% sûr que c'est ça qui coince.

C'est seulement de la doc, un exemple, le seul qui compte est celui dans /etc/
Maintenant, ce que tu peux essayer, c'est tous les tuner indiqués sur le site de lea-linux correspondant à Philips et charger/décharger bttv à chaque changement et rescanner. Y a pas le modèle exact ? Et pour ta Miro, y a le modèle exact aussi ?

Pour décharger un module : rmmod bttv
Pour le recharger : modprobe bttv.
Pas de reboot sous Linux

j ai trouvé du nouveau quand il me scanne il me trouve 3 stations zdf rtp1 et m6 (je suis sur le cable france telecom) quand je lance xwatv et me mettant sur ces canaux je ne vois pas d image
