Hi all,
 
Je viens d'acquerir un merveilleux lecteur mp3 en cle usb
Et je tente donc de le faire reconnaitre par ma machine
mais mon /etc/fstab doit pas etre bon, il me retourne lors du mount que le device n'existe pas
je pense donc que je ne renseigne pas le bon /dev/sd..
 
comment connaitre le bon ?

t'es sur qu'elle est reconnue ?
elle apparait pas là
 
modprobe usb_storage avant pour voir

c fait
et jai un usbview qui la voit

débranche et rebrance.
 
sinon sort les 30-40 dernières lignes de /var/log/messages voir si il y a pas un timeout

j'ai honte
je suis passé du côté obscure de la force et je suis en train de tranférer parce que ca urge en fait je dois partir mais le probleme subsiste

T'as kes modules usb-storage et sd-mod (voir sg) d'activés ?

faut monter /dev/sda tout court...

et non, mon coco, c'est comme ça qu'une clef formatée sous windows doit parfois être montée.
 
 
On sent que t'as été confronté au problème, c'est bien.

J'ai une clé qui a été formatée sous windows et elle se monte via /dev/sda1

 
j'ai eu ça la semaine dernière avec la clef d'un pote, qui faisait exactement la même erreur.

Moi, je dois monter une clé usb avec /dev/sda et mon ibead en /dev/sda1

ça doit dépendre du formatage...

j'ai la solution messieurs
en fait mon lecteur mp3-cle usb ne fait pas vraiement cle usb
la fonction cle usb est dans un firmware en beta
j'ai donc upgradé mon firmware avec cette version beta
et voila ca marche !!!

pour détecter ce genre de truc, j'utilise une méthode de sauvage:

 
si ya rien, ya pas de device, si il me sort une chiée de trucs qui veulent rien dire, j'ai trouvé
