I have france telecom atm, but I have quite a high ping, so I was thinking of getting in touch with numericable. Could someone help me? We could speak via hotmail better. Thanks

Ok, take Orange, it's a good internet provider
For suscribe, you can go in a big french supermarket like Leclerc, Auchan or Carrefour... But you must to learn french ^^
