comment on fais pour transformaer mon disque dur en ntfs, sans rien perdre vu que je suis en fats avec win xp

je sais k'à l'install de XP il t'offre le choix pour des "conversion" FAT/NTFS mais je me souviens si il y a perte de données...

essaye convert

pis y est ou le convert

Fais le avec Partition Magic...ça marche nickel

C'est possible aussi apres l'install de windows, dans une boite DOS tu tapes "convert x: fs:ntfs" sans les guillemets et ou x est la lettre de la partition a convertir, la manip prend un reboot un peu plus long et c'est tout !
Attention, la manip inverse n'est possbile que dans de tres rares cas et avec partition magic uniquement.

ex: convert c: /fs:ntfs
et cé tout...

It is easy to convert partitions to NTFS. The Setup program makes conversion easy, whether your partitions used FAT, FAT32, or the older version of NTFS. This kind of conversion keeps your files intact (unlike formatting a partition). If you do not need to keep your files intact and you have a FAT or FAT32 partition, it is recommended that you format the partition with NTFS rather than convert from FAT or FAT32. Formatting a partition erases all data on the partition and allows you to start with a clean drive.  
Whether a partition is formatted with NTFS or converted using the convert command, NTFS is the better choice of file system. For more information about Convert.exe, after completing Setup, click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then press ENTER. In the command window, type help convert and then press ENTER.

il y a aussi partition Magic 6 ou 7
je l'ai deja fait et cela marche sans perte de fichiers
mais il faut le faire seulement si l'on a des problemes de
securite ou/et si l'on veut avoir AD installé
