Mais le shell me demande le password !
Comment ajouter un argument dans ma commande shell ?

tu utilises quoi pour exécuter ta commande ?
 
si c'est os.system(), bah tu ajoutes tes arguments comme si tu les entrais dans un shell.
 
os.system("rsync [OPTION]... [USER@]HOST::SRC [DEST]" );
