The "ghost" mode
When using the file parameter, ClockGen runs without any graphic interface (ghost mode) and directly sets the settings stored in a file. In order to do this, just create a shorcut on CG-xxxxxx.exe, and add the parameter in the "target" field as shown on this screenshot.
Using the ghost mode allows you to :
Apply the saved settings at Windows startup. In order to achieve that, you just need to copy the shortcut in Windows start directory.
/!\ Before doing this, make sure that the settings are completely stable. If they are not, they could prevent Windows from starting.
Easily switch between several settings by using several settings files and creating a shortcut for each of them (on the desktop for example). Then, you just have to double-click on the shortcut to apply the predefined settings in a very simple and quick way.
