Bonjour, jai un gros probleme....  
voici mon probleme : / ps je suis francais ...vous pouvez repondre en francais
 
I decided to format C ( with my Vista recovery that i dont use on my laptop) to install ubuntu on it:
 
my laptop HD was :
C : recovery vista /5go
D: windows XP / 12go  
E: fichier 80go
 
so I format with ubuntu live cd C, but now it s impossible to boot on D /windows xp
and ubuntu is not able to read the disk (have a look on the screenshot attached)
 
I m sure ubuntu did not format D and E but it seems that the whole disk is considered as a 1 NTFS inconsistent to read:::
