:hello:  ma gtx 275 vien de griller ......j'aimerai faire jouer la garantie mais je ne sais aps trop comment contacter ZOTAC ....ma carte a 18 mois 'la garantie constructeur c 2 ans ?? :sweat:

lease note this service is only available for customers in EU countries.
 
We only handle RMA/Warranty to Direct Zotac Distributors as they should take-care their customers’ warranty issue. We suggested you return your product to your supplier / shop as they should take-care their customers’ warranty issue.
           
Zotac would like to offer the following services if the retailer / supplier closed down or refused to take-care your warranty in condition the product still under warranty..
 
Please note this is only available for countries in Europe.
 
End Users RMA Return Service to Zotac European Service Center conditions: -
Did you register your warranty at www.zotac.com within 14-days after you purchased the product? If yes, please forward the Registration Confirmation email and your purchase invoice copy for verify. Please note we will NOT accept your application without purchase invoice and if you are NOT the first registered owner of the product or NOT registered within 14-days after you purchase even you have received the registration confirmation email.
 
OR
 
We offer a RMA process to end user with a handling charge £25.85 per card if the retailer / supplier closed down or refused to take-care your warranty. This charge includes the testing, replacement and return of replacement product. If it is faulty, then we will ship a replacement / repaired back to you.
 
Please note End Users RMA Return Service is only for the product still under warranty and had not been mis-used or physical damaged in any way. The replacement product subjects on our buffer stock; it may take 45-days on return your replacement product.
Please note the warranty of replacement product is 6 months from the date of our invoice.
Please reply this email to rma@zotac.com with product number or SKU number, serial number and your country from for verification if you are interested in this offer.  We will give you more information on this service. Please note this is only available for countries in Europe.
