1. Context of the mission
The engineer will be integrated in a team called WS Wintel & Productivity Tools Second level Support, part of the Service Management / Service Desk Division which is in charge of the
processing of all user's incidents.
2.Language requirement
Sound knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
3. Localisation of the job
Brussels
4. Objective of the job
Being a full-fledge contact for the Customer organisation and the IT departments for processing incidents and problems based on Service Level Agreements.
