4. Required knowledge and experience
- Required level and content of education : University, graduate.
- Personal skills
. Mandatory : Internet minded, communicative, persevering, organized, structured, team player with conceptual and technical skills who is not afraid to take initiative
- Business experience required
. Mandatory : >3 years experience in converting business requirements towards IS concepts Client oriented
. Preferable : Knowledge .NET
- Technical experience required
. Mandatory: - CMMI/Prince 2 or other process flow skills, Dot Net (ASP.Net & C# Vb.net), SQL 2000 (Data modeling & Stored procedures), JavaScript
. Preferable : Traditional ASP & VB, Reporting Services 2000 (2005 or 2008 could be a plus), Content Management (Sharepoint), MS Access
- Functional experience required
. Mandatory : Analytical mind
 
5. Objective of the job
Understand and document existing applications as well as enhance and create new ones. (insurance, intranet,?)
Create the necessary documentation for a team of programmers to be able to do their job.
Report towards its hierarchy as well as communicate with the business clients.
